What are the requirements / procedures to change the address of a corporation?
Use our fast and easy online form to update your business or mailing address for your corporations tax, employer health tax, or retail sales tax account(s).
You can use the "Change of Address" insert provided with the monthly statement of account or with a Notice of Assessment or Reassessment. You may also provide a written notification of a change of address on company letterhead. The letter should be sent to:
