ONT-TAXS online is Ontario's secure, simple and free online bilingual (English/French) tax service for businesses. It is the fastest and easiest way to your business tax accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What can I do in ONT-TAXS online?
Using ONT-TAXS online, you can:
- File your tax returns
- Make payments on your tax account(s)
- View up to four years of account history
- Update your account information
How secure is ONT-TAXS online?
ONT-TAXS online has strong security and safety measures in place to protect your information and provide you with a secure online experience. To access ONT-TAXS online you need an Ontario government ONe-key user ID and password. ONe-key verifies your identity and allows you to securely do business with the Ontario government online.
When can I use ONT-TAXS online?
Our new online service will be phased in starting this summer. By fall of 2008, ONT-TAXS online will be available to most of our retail sales tax clients.
Coming later this year...
- Employer Health Tax will be added to ONT-TAXS online.
- New online features will allow you to assign an employee or external representative to do business with the ministry on your behalf.
