Strategic Management Services Branch
The Strategic Management Services Branch provides strategic planning, research, and change management support to the Tax Revenue Division, coordinates and manages projects through a divisional project management office, and is the lead on inter-ministry initiatives. Responsibilities also include divisional business planning and centralized finance, accounting and revenue reporting, the provision of leadership and expertise on financial and controllership issues and support for in-year resource allocation, budgeting processes and expenditure management and controls at the division, branch and tax office level.
