Special Investigations Branch
The Special Investigations Branch is responsible for the enforcement of 15 statutes administered by the Tax Revenue Division. It investigates cases of tax evasion, fraudulent grant and tax credit claims, and other serious tax offences. It recommends prosecution in cases where sufficient evidence is available to support such action.
