ONT-TAXS, Ontario's Tax Services
At Revenue we are addressing the changing needs of Ontario's 600,000 tax clients. We are making it simpler for Ontario businesses to comply with their tax obligations – less paper, more connected and less hassle.
The ministry is introducing new and improved Ontario Tax Services, or ONT-TAXS, which includes:
- one toll-free number;
- one business number;
- new Internet services – ONT-TAXS online – providing self-serve options; and
- system improvements to facilitate one-window service delivery.
The new toll-free number 1 866 ONT-TAXS was launched in June 2008.
All of these new services are expected to be fully implemented by 2010.
