Who must make PIL payments and who must file a return?
The following entities must file a return and make PIL payments with respect to lands containing transformer stations and/or generating stations:
- Ontario Power Generation Inc. for itself and its subsidiaries;
- Ontario Hydro Services Company Inc. for itself and its subsidiaries;
- Municipal Electricity Utilities.
