Register your new business
You can register for an Ontario Retail Sales Tax Vendor Permit, often referred to as a PST permit, and/or Employer Health Tax.To register for federal programs (e.g. GST), please visit Canada Revenue Agency's Business Registration Online.
File your provincial retail sales tax or employer health tax return
File your retail sales tax return (often referred to as a PST return) or employer health tax annual return using ONT-TAXS online or through your financial institution's website.Make tax payments
Make payments using ONT-TAXS online or through your financial institution's website.Change your business address
Update your business address, mailing address or phone number attached to your corporations tax, employer health tax, or retail sales tax account(s) through ServiceOntario. You can also use ONT-TAXS online to update information on your retail sales tax and/or employer health tax account(s).Important: To change business ownership information, please call the ministry at 1 866 ONT-TAXS (1 866 668-8297).

You can use the Change of Business Information service to close your retail sales tax and/or employer health tax account(s).
