The ministry maintains lists of those persons registered (holds a valid registration certificate, permit or designation, other than a retail dealer's permit) under the Tobacco Tax Act. A list is also available for those persons registered under the Fuel Tax Act and Gasoline Tax Act.
This list will enable consumers and dealers to identify persons authorized by the Minister to sell and distribute products defined under the Act.
