The GAINS Rate Tables provide a ready reference of OAS/GIS/GAINS payments at specified levels of private income, depending on a seniors status e.g. single or couple. The Tables are updated quarterly and posted to the internet the first week of January, April, July and October.

Guaranteed Income Level
- Single pensioners: $1,355.48 monthly ($16,265.76 annually)
- Qualified couples, per person: $1,108.73 monthly ($13,304.76 annually)
