Use the Change of Business Information Service to update the business address, mailing address or phone number attached to your employer health tax, or retail sales tax account(s).
Form
The Change of Address form
can be used to advise the Ministry of Revenue of any changes to your business address, mailing address or telephone number.
Complete the Change of Address form and:
- mail it to the address indicated on the form, or
- take the form to any Ministry of Revenue Tax Office.
