Ministry of Finance Tax Office representatives are available by appointment only. If you need to meet with a ministry representative to discuss your tax issue(s), please call 1 866 ONT-TAXS (1 866 668-8297).

ServiceOntario offers walk-in services to Ministry of Finance clients at 69 ServiceOntario locations.

The Tax Offices accept tax returns, payments (no cash please) and other documents for the tax and benefit programs, in the drop boxes provided.

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Services are not available on statutory holidays

Please note:

The Tax Offices will accept Ontario Corporations Tax (CT) payments and returns for tax years ending before January 1, 2009 in the drop boxes provided. The ministry cannot accept any CT payments and returns for tax years ending after December 31, 2008. All payments and returns for harmonized years must be sent to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
